I purchased 10 pounds of ground beef, 2 tongues and 2 hearts. Last night I pressure cooked the tongue for 30ish minutes with a natural release. Sliced it up with a dollop of honey and hot sauce, phenomenal. Leftover broth was saved to sip on and I cooked the heart with a cup or so. Pressure cooked the heart today for 75 minutes with a natural pressure release. Very tender and savory. Tasty enough to eat on its own. I will be back for more!

Just recently, we have been exposed to several of the Montana Better Beef products. This meat is to die for!!! Meat is suppose to have flavor!! And good flavor. This meat has a wonderful taste and feels good to eat! We have had the Rib Steaks, New York Steaks and the hamburger. They all grill well and also do well on the stove. The flavor is great and the tenderness is better than a fancy restaurant steak. A MUST TRY!!! You will not be disappointed!
