Always good product, always good service. Ken works hard, is very accommodating and runs a top notch business. Been a customer for years.
Very quality pork at a fair price. Bacon and hams are delicious, similar to what I remember years ago. Firm bacon and juicy hams.
Amazing cuts.
Absolutely delicious fresh beef. I'm shocked how fresh this is even coming from frozen product. This is the freshest beef I had in my life. It's clearly straight from the cow, to the packaging in the freezer. Going to start shopping here more in bulk, from eureka. Way better meat there than up here. Prices are fair The owner was super friendly humble and thankful for his business. I run a Christian life coaching business, and he is truly a blessed grateful soul. Haven't seen that level of unattached gratitude in a business owner ever. God bless. Definitely coming here to buy a half cow if available. If not I'll continue to buy more chuck roasts with bone in, and beef ribs! Delicious! Thank you!
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up

Absolute best Christmas present I received: mixture of beef and pork sticks and jerky. It was so so good! I will definitely be placing an online order.
They offer some of the best pork products available, But do not bring in any wild game for processing. They charge the same price for products they sale in the store per pound. A large deer would run you $600.00+ to be turned into pepper sticks. Every other processor in the valley charges $3 to $4 per pound, while they average close to $15.00 per pound. Save yourself some money and look at Lower Valley Processing, Or Vandevanter.
Alrightly folks, it's about time I wrote a review on this place. I come here regularly and its the best meat I've ever put in my mouth.(litterly) Everything is really good, my favorites are their breakfast sausage, so delicious, sweet and salty, great smokey flavors on the ham as well. Pep sticks and jalepeno sticks are good, you can't go wrong with bacon. I have yet to try some of the jerky, I bet it's good. Meat is good quality, you get what you pay for, and staff are nice. I order 2" steaks from them all the time and if there's ever a mistake they discount me or correct it to make me happy. Ive also made beef tallow with cuts they sell for a good price, which is a great sub for veg oil.. I attached some photos of the food I've made with their meat. Braised short ribs, Chilli, ribs, soups with chuck, bbq beef, bacon etc.
