Holy Cross Farm is a family farm in Proctor, Montana selling raw A2A2 Guernsey milk from the farm alongside pastured Highland beef, Katahdin lamb and Idaho Pasture pig pork.
Holy Cross Farm is a family farm on Big Meadows Road at Proctor, in the Flathead country of northwest Montana. Its slogan is Above and Beyond Organic, and its raw A2A2 Guernsey milk is sold through the farm's own shop alongside a range of pastured meats: Idaho Pasture pig pork, Katahdin lamb and Scottish Highland beef, plus a line of animal feeds from alfalfa pellets to layer rations.
The Highland cattle are milk and grass fed, pasture raised and free ranging with no added hormones or antibiotics. The slow maturing heritage breed marbles naturally on low input forage as it browses the farm's grasslands and forests, giving lean, well marbled beef. The farm also keeps Grand Shepherd dogs.
