The cattle keep a natural, grass only diet from birth, with no grain at any stage.
Beef is sold on the hoof in half or whole shares of 200 pounds and up. You reserve your share in advance, choose your cuts directly with the butcher, then collect and pay the butcher for processing, and the ranch delivers free of charge to butchers in and around the Albuquerque area.
