Cedar Park Farm

The family milks a herd of 13 registered American Alpine goats, with three or four giving two gallons a day, and sells New York State certified raw goat milk at the farm for 7 dollars a gallon, or 8 dollars with a jug to take it home in.

Milk is sold at the farm door and the family asks visitors to call before coming. Questions can also go to Joseph by phone or text. The farm promotes raw goat milk as a gentle option for people who struggle with cow's milk, sharing resources on lactose intolerance and the nutritional value of goat milk.
