Selling raw milk is illegal in North Carolina, so the farm runs a herd share scheme instead. You buy a share in the herd, pay a weekly boarding fee, and collect a gallon of milk per share each week in your own labelled jars. Dairy calves are offered for sale too, and potential and current members are always welcome to visit the farm by appointment.
