We purchased lamb and pork. Both were exceptional!
James, we absolutely love the pork! We’re on our second full hog and I know the care you raise them translates to a premium, homegrown product.

I picked up three piglets from Immaculata Farms and the owner, James, was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about his animals. He made sure I felt confident about bringing new animals home to my own farm. And I trust that he raised them well and gave them the best start before I finish them out.
It’s amazing how much better I feel eating grass fed meat from this farm vs the conventionally raised meat from a store. Tastes better too! Highly recommend!
Incredible pork—hands down the best I’ve had. You can taste the difference from the rotational grazing and organic feed. Amazing flavor, great texture, and raised the right way. Highly recommend!
