Everything at Bair-Trax Dairy Farm is Organic and Non-GMO. You can be a Herd Share Owner and purchase Raw Milk, Yogurt, Butter and Heavy Whipping Cream. You can also purchase Cheeses, various chicken and Beef items. My favorites are the ground beef, ground chicken option and the many flavors of Chicken Brats. I eat 1 Brat every morning with my breakfast. My Parents love the Bair-Trax Dairy too.
I have been a herdshare member for a year now and absolutely love the dairy I get. I also buy hamburger often, you can really taste the freshness in everything they sell. They take great care of their animals and run a great ethical farm. So thankful to have found Bair-Trax!
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up
I love Bair-Trax Dairy for their raw milk, yogurt and butter, as well as for eggs and grass-fed organic meats. I have been getting raw milk for several years, and most recently my herd-share was moved to Bair-Trax and I couldn’t be more pleased. They are larger than my past farmers, so there is plenty of green grassy areas for the cows to constantly rotate. I have toured the milking areas, and everything is kept impeccably clean. Annette is so nice, intelligent and informative. I like going to the farm, but they also have several drop-off locations if you can’t make the drive. If you have ever considered raw dairy, I highly recommend Bair-Trax.
