The family's mission is to grow and directly sell organic, grass fed animal products, grains and produce, and they sell herdshares that give members access to raw milk from the farm's Jersey herd, the legal route to raw milk in Ohio.
The farm's own listing with the Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association names grass fed beef, pork, poultry, eggs, hay, straw, cheese, bread, honey, fermented vegetables and sauerkraut, and wheat among its products, alongside the herdshares. There is an on site farm store, a Saturday morning stand on Wayne Avenue near downtown Dayton, and a carpool network that carries CSA orders to the Cincinnati area. First time ordering received my complete order. Keep in mind unless you specify that you prefer fresh not frozen meat products. It will most likely be frozen.
