What began with a few chickens has grown into a whole farm system, built on intensive rotational grazing with a mix of animals and plant species to feed the soil, composting to build its carbon, and a firm rule against overgrazing.
Meat is sold through the farm's online store, with orders collected from the self service farm store at New Lebanon, and the family's aim is to raise good meat for people who care where their food comes from.

Hours should be updated or have a way to easily communicate to potential new customers that the fridge is empty. Drove 25 minutes after double checking the hours only to show up to a completely empty inventory.
One of the most wholesome experiences I've had since probably childhood. It was just cool. Food is wonderful too.
