Shelli bought her first cows and heifers in 2009, determined to bring high quality dairy products to the locals of Eastern Oregon. Every animal on the property is addressed by its first name and tended, in the farm's words, with the utmost respect and care.
The offer is the farm's Golden Guernsey raw milk from A2A2 cows, which they describe as a creamy refreshment that cannot be duplicated by any processed, pasteurised product from the grocery store. Milk sells at 5 dollars a half gallon and 10 dollars a gallon, and buyers email or call Shelli to arrange it. The herd, affectionately called the Guernsey Girls, is the heart of the whole operation.
