True SC grown produce.
Everything is wildly over priced. The 4oz bag of Texicano Chicharron is 8.50. They are 2$ at the store. The produce is dry and looks like it’s on its last leg. The jars are dusty and clearly have been there forever.
Beautiful to visit and love it when they have Bluegrass bands jamming.
Beautiful strawberries and plenty to pick from! There’s also a cute ship that has farm made jams and other fresh produce, will definitely be back!
We decided to drive past 2 other strawberry farms to check out Hickory Bluff. The strawberries were sweet and plump, the best I've had in years. The produce stand had a bunch of great jellies and jams and a strawberry shortcake that left me not wanting dinner. A great little place to pick some strawberries.
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up

I went to pick strawberries with my kids in April, it was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful surroundings, everyone was helpful and kind, my kids loved playing at the playground after berry picking, nice tables around to snack or sit and enjoy a great strawberry slushie! Great family day!
Had the best time picking blueberries and blackberries! Every single staff member was so nice and helpful. Wonderful customer service! You can fill your basket with berries for $16-18. They have a market with fresh fruits and veggies, jams, pickled everything, meats, and more. The strawberry slushy was refreshing and delicious, I need another. There’s also a food truck. Plenty of places to sit in a grassy picnic area to hang out with family and friends. There’s also a little playground for the kids.
Amazing place to spend a couple hours with the little ones picking strawberries or whatever they have in season. We visit this place at least 2 times a year and it's always a blast. It feels more welcoming and lovely than other u-pick farms and they staff will treat you very well. Prices are good, a full basket of (very tasty and sweet) strawberries was 13 dollars, i believe it was like 5 pounds of them not sure but it was worth the morning and time spent. They also sell delicious fruity slushies and other things related to their farm business. There's also a playground and a food truck which I have never tried but seems to be a good one. Overall there's plenty to do!
