Annie Acres is a family farm on Eatons Creek Road in Nashville, Tennessee, started by Robert and Kelly after reading Joel Salatin and buying a neglected property at a bankruptcy auction.
Their Jersey cows are 100% grass fed, with no pesticides, hormones or antibiotics used, and raw milk and heavy cream are sold as weekly subscriptions in season, from calving in April or May through September, with the cows given a winter break from October to March.
The farm stand at 4610 Eatons Creek Road also sells duck and goose eggs from free range flocks that follow the chickens to fresh paddocks each day, chicken stock from their own broiler production, and pork from pigs fed organic grain, spoiled organic garden produce and the farm's own milk. Orders are placed in the online store for pickup at the stand. The property doubles as Woodland Hollow, a forest guest house the family also runs.

I'm excited to find a local place where I can buy fresh, grass-raised pork. It was easy to order online and easy to find the location and easy to pick up my order. I recommend them and I will definitely buy from Annie's again!

I bought some of their extra pork and local dairy products. The Country View cheese was very flavorful. It was an easy transaction and location. I can't wait to taste the meat! I'm so happy to find local products!
