OOH RAH Dairy Goats is a veteran owned farm in Rockwood, East Tennessee, where Karen Stark raises a small herd of performance oriented, ADGA registered Oberhasli dairy goats.
The goats take part in ADGA programmes including Linear Appraisal, DHI milk testing and sanctioned shows, with pedigrees that include multiple National Champions, and the farm sells breeding stock and does in milk each season.
Raw goat milk is offered locally through herd shares, with casual sales for pet consumption licensed by the state of Tennessee, and the milk is machine milked, strained and chilled straight after milking. The farm also runs CapraCadabra, its goat milk bath and body line. There are no open visiting hours; contact the farm for an appointment to meet or collect animals.
