An absolute horrible experience with Suzanne at Echo Balley the meat we bought from her was horrible. It was full of grizzle and extremely tough. Would not recommend the farm.
Just stopped by to let everyone know that doing business with Echo Valley Farms and the CEO, Suzanne is one of the best business decisions I have made for my family this year. I have been part of the herd shares for a while. But recently I purchased a beef. This is the best meat I have tasted in years. Doing business with Echo Valley Farms is top notch. The care they give their animals spills over into how they treat their customers. They are there to walk you through the entire process and are very willing to answer any questions you might have. Echo Valley Farm is a beautiful farm with happy and healthy cows. I personally have visited the farm a number of times. The fresh milk is the best I've tasted and the delicious butter is a nice yellow throughout the year. I certainly would recommend this farm and the products it produces.
