The Gorham Homestead

The milking herd is mostly Jersey with a few Guernsey and Holstein crosses, all A2A2, primarily grass fed and rotated on pasture, and every batch of raw milk is tested daily in the farm's own lab and held for 24 hours before release.

Raw milk goes out through a herd share, where members buy into the herd and collect their milk weekly in half gallon glass jars. The family also run hands on workshops and welcome members to come and meet the cows, ask questions and see where their milk comes from.
