J&B Family Farms is a family run microdairy at Tyler in East Texas, milking Jersey cows for A2 raw milk.
The milk is sold through a herdshare, the route Texas law provides for raw milk, so members buy into the herd and collect their share from the farm. Alongside raw whole A2 cow milk, the farm's own shop lists raw A2 heavy cream, half and half made from that raw cream and milk, raw whole buttermilk, kefir cultured with raw A2 milk and kefir grains, butter and compound butters, and yogurt in plain and flavoured forms.
The pantry side of the store carries raw local unfiltered honey, fermented garlic honey and infused honey, elderberry syrup and gummies, fire cider, farm fresh jam, cowboy candy, peanut butter, cooking tallow and a whipped tallow and bath range made on the farm. The online shop is kept current, with the raw dairy listings updated through July and August 2026, and the farm asks you to send a text message to arrange herdshare membership and pickup.
