The ranch milks its own herd of Nubian and Mini Nubian goats and sells Grade A raw goat milk by the gallon, alongside goat cheeses made weekly from the herd's milk including chevre, raw aged feta, cheese curds and skyr yogurt, plus goat milk soaps and lotions. The Texas Center for Local Food lists it as a first generation, woman owned farm of about 25 acres run by Kellie Parker, using regenerative practices such as rotational grazing and rainwater collection.

Rusty Star Ranch's products are amazing and have become a "must have" for me. Their raw goat milk has become pretty much the only milk I buy and their pork is simply the best. Their sausages are so good I've gotten in the habit of buying extras for family and friends just because I want them to try them too. That outstanding farm fresh quality really shines through in everything they do.
