Incredible farm with fresh dairy and great service.
State regulated fresh cows milk and cheese. Very clean and affordable, great tasting. Highly recommended.
high quality raw cheese from free range farm pasture. Friendly staff too, although a lot of cheese is in cold loud storage room, Definitely recommend!
We pulled up late on a Saturday afternoon. The farmer happened to be in the driveway so he introduced himself and told us where we could find the cooler with milk. It is self serve and they accept cash. We bought milk and cheese curds and enjoyed both very much. I would absolutely visit again in the future.
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up

Stryk Jersey Farm is second to none when it comes to fresh cheddar, curds, and dairy products. We discovered them a few years ago and will go out of our way to visit any chance we get.
I live in Houston and occasionally drive to Lockhart to visit family. I found this dairy farm by searching for raw milk sellers along the way. From my first visit, I was highly impressed with the cleanliness and refrigeration system at this facility. Their milk, cheese, and eggs are stored properly and the quality of their raw milk is outstanding. The prices are more than reasonable for what you’re getting. I highly recommend this dairy farm!
Great dairy farm for fresh raw milk and cheddar. Neighbors also have soap, honey, eggs, etc. for sale here on occasion. Fresh raw milk and cheese from Stryk dairy farm is hard to beat.
