Silverbrook Farms is a family raw milk producer and farm store in Fillmore, Utah selling raw cow milk, fresh cheese curd, artisan cheese, cage free eggs and seasonal garden produce.
Silverbrook Farms is a small, family owned farm and retail store on Main Street in Fillmore, Utah.
In their own Marketspread vendor profile they say: we raise and sell cage free, fresh brown eggs, raw milk, fresh, squeaky cheese curd and garden produce in season. The Real Milk directory lists them as a certified producer of raw cow milk, fresh cheese curd and their own artisan cheeses, sold through their Fillmore retail store, and they also sell at the Provo Farmers Market through Marketspread.
The farm's own online storefront is being rebuilt and currently shows a password protected opening soon page, so the day to day offer has to be confirmed with the farm directly. The shop is not abandoned: the Shopify theme behind that page was last edited in March 2026, and the Google business profile for the Fillmore address is live. Call ahead before making the drive.

So grateful to finally have a place in Fillmore to get FRESH produce. The raw milk is amazing. The store is so clean and the women who run the store are incredibly helpful and nice馃グ

Really nice, clean little store! They have lots of bulk dry goods, and oils. The meat cuts, raw milk and cheese, and eggs, are all locally grown by them! Oh and they make fresh bread and goodies. Right now they have delicious citrus! Oh and you got to try the cheese curds! They鈥檙e squeaky and flavorful! Definitely recommend stopping by!
