Shayn is a fifth generation farmer who grew up working cattle on the family ranch in Southern Utah and the Bowler homestead in West Jordan, and the family still raises food the old fashioned way: no antibiotics, no added hormones, a lot of greens and a lot of space. Beef and lamb are completely grass fed and finished, or as they like to say, grass only, never given grain. Pork and poultry eat greens and a custom feed mix with no corn and no soy.
Meat is harvested under USDA inspection, then dry aged, hand cut and wrapped in the on farm butcher shop, with a head to tail philosophy that uses every part of the animal. Raw cow milk comes from their own dairy, raw goat milk is sold too, and the farm store is open year round three days a week, with farm classes and local delivery.

So cute, straight to the point, great stop. I got some ground beef, beef liver, & raw milk I plan to pasturize at home. They had some cool supplements and little things, raw butter, ice cream... very nice. I plan on supporting this place in the future, support you local business and farms!! Thank you!
