I have been using Gillispie's County Line Farm as my source for eggs, chicken, beef and pork for years now and couldn't be happier. Wonderful food and great service. Valerie is the BEST!

We discovered Val’s County Line Farm last year at their booth at the IX Farmer’s Market in Cville, and that’s all it took. What impressed me the most was how much it matters to Val and her family, that their animals are truly cared for, besides the importance of being pasture raised. It is also evident with how they process their chicken and turkey for market. The care they put into it, is first class perfection from the cleaning to packaging of the chicken and turkey. And as for taste besides being juicy and tender, it’s absolutely the best we’ve found in Virginia. In this fast paced world we live in, to meet people who care about doing and giving their very best to serve their community healthy, delicious and top quality products is a true blessing. We became another one of Val’s forever customers.
