Every lamb is born and raised on the farm, feeding on saltmarsh grasses, samphire, sorrel, sea lavender and thrift, a diet that gives the meat its distinctive flavour. The lamb was the first recipient of the PDO award in 2021.
You can order online for delivery, choosing single cuts, variety packs or whole, half and quarter lamb boxes, with salt marsh mutton and hogget too and a subscription service for regulars.
