The cattle are pasture fed, which gives the beef its distinctive yellow fat, rich in the antioxidant beta carotene, along with high levels of omega 3 fatty acids and more vitamins and minerals than grain fed beef.
The beef is dry aged, cut into everything from mince and burgers to ribeye, brisket and rib of beef, and sold frozen through the online shop. Collect from the farm, or delivery can be arranged within 12 miles of Penmaen, taking in Gower, Swansea, Llanelli and Gorseinon, and Farmco in Kingsbridge, Gorseinon stocks the beef as well.
