Founder, Organised at Organised
Niall is the founder of Organised. He started the company in 2024 after fixing his own health the slow way: in 2022 he swapped a cupboard of synthetic supplements for real food, raw milk, organ meats, bone broth and honey, and felt the difference within months.
The turning point was watching his mum reverse fifteen years of IBS after she added organs and collagen back into her diet. That was when a personal experiment became a mission: make the nutrition of nose-to-tail eating something a busy family can actually keep up with, sourced from regenerative farms he knows by name.
He writes the guides that draw on that lived experience and on the way Organised is sourced and made. Anything that touches farming, soil or how food is produced is checked by the team's agronomist before it goes live.
