Warning: you might crave this meal for the rest of the week (and your body will thank you for it).

Sweet, spicy, and packed with nutrients, this Hot Honey Ground Beef Bowl is the perfect balance of bold flavours and wholesome ingredients. Savoury ground beef is infused with a sweet-heat kick from hot honey and boosted with our nutrient-dense beef organ powder. It’s served over caramelised roasted sweet potatoes, creamy avocado, and protein-rich cottage cheese for a meal that’s as satisfying as it is nourishing.

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 medium size sweet potatoes - cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 shallot - finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove - crushed
  • 500g organic beef mince
  • 2 tbsp Organised
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4 tbsp organic cottage cheese
  • A drizzle of olive oil for coking
  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the dressing:

  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • The juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli falkes
  • A pinch of salt and pepper

Method

  1. Add the sweet potatoes to a large baking tray and drizzle with some olive oil, garlic granules, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Toss everything together and roast in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
  3. In the meantime, add a drizzle of olive oil to a frying pan on a medium heat and once hot add in the shallots. Cook for 5 minutes until it starts to caramelise.
  4. Add in the crushed garlic and spice blend, stir everything together and cook for 1 more minute.
  5. Add the ground beef, break it down using a wooden spoon. Add in the Organised, mix well and cook on a medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
  6. To make the dressing simply mix all the ingredients into a small bowl until well combined.
  7. Divide the sweet potatoes and ground beef between 2 bowls. Cut the avocado in half, slice it and add it to the bowls together with the cottage cheese.
  8. Drizzle everything with the hot honey dressing

Nourishment, without the taste.

Cooking organs twice a week doesn’t fit every routine. Organised is an organ blend, grass-fed, freeze-dried, nothing else.
