Fantastic farm with many (unofficially) organic options and very reasonable pricing compared to other organic farms or grocery stores, sometimes with discounts for larger volume purchases when the harvests are overflowing. I've been coming every week for about 6 or 7 years now since I discovered this place and will be a lifelong customer. The quality is remarkably consistent week to week and year to year even with weather changes, and Gary always has plenty of harvest to choose from. Besides the famous and incredible garlic, there are shallots, yellow and red onions, and leeks which are all excellent. Yellow squash, zucchini, eggplant, and cucumbers are all great too. For peppers, red bell peppers are my favorite though he has several other varieties too. Hungarian hot peppers and jalepeno are perfectly spicy and go in my salads every week. Plenty of fresh picked Kale, Swiss chard, and basil are always available by the bunches and much better quality than in stores. The beets are always fresh and deliscuous (still attached to greens so you can cook those too), red and golden. Finally, there are several varieties of perfectly ripe tomatoes and plenty to pick from. Gary also brings in a few items from other farms (corn, apples, peaches), but I really like that he has so many items he grows directly without pesticides or herbicides. So I can make a trip here and don't also have to go to the grocery store to round out the veggies. You have to come try the produce here, and I promise you'll be hooked for life!

The Garlic Farm is a small family owned farm and farm stand located in West Granby. They specialize in, you guessed, garlic and other vegetables. They have been open for three decades. They offer German white hardneck garlic, seed garlic, garlic bulbs, and garlic braids. The farm stand is in an old tobacco barn. I went a couple times and thought it was awesome. The prices were great and they had a huge variety of produce. One time, they posted on social that the flowers were free to pick. If you love fresh produce and supporting a small business, I highly recommend.

Such a great little farm. Garlic as far as the eye can see inside the barn, and delicious too. Tomatoes more red inside than I’ve ever seen! I’m glad I stopped. Fresh cut flowers available too.
Nice visit for purchase vegetables, fruits. Flower pick is nice as well, a dozen for 6 dollars.
What an amazing gem we found when we visited the area this summer! Beautiful assortment of vegetables and a jaw-dropping field of pick-your-own-zinnias in the back! Not just garlic and well worth the trip. We stopped again at the farm two more times over the summer and will plan to go again in 2024.
Just had to get out, months of homebound isolation took a ride today to the northern border of CT with MA. The Garlic Farm, the quintessential New England garlic and vegetable farm. The most garlic I have ever seen outside the Garlic Festival in Saugatis, NY. We purchased a bunch (6 bulbs) for future planting and eating. The vegetables here were great quality and size. Nice ride through this portion of CT, many farms and open fields. Staff was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgable.
An incredibly cute little farmers market in an old tobacco barn. Limited selection but excellent quality produce grown on the property. Watch for the sign as the barn is not particularly visable from the road.
