Venison Steak With Celeriac Mash - Organised article image

This venison steak with creamy celeriac mash is the kind of dish that feels like it belongs on a restaurant menu, yet it’s beautifully simple to make at home. The venison is tender and deeply flavoured, paired with smooth, buttery celeriac mash for a lighter alternative to potatoes. To elevate it further, we have added our beef organs powder which is also rich in collagen and colostrum. A powerful nutritional boost that blends seamlessly into the dish without altering the overall flavour. The perfect dinner to impress your loved ones or to treat yourself to something extra special.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 venison steaks
  • 1 medium size celeriac - peeled and chopped into chunks
  • A generous knob of butter
  • 50g grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 scoop Organised
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • An handful of greens of your choice - we used tenderstem broccoli

Serve with:

A generous drizzle of our homemade gravy

  1. Add the chopped celeriac to a large pan and cover with plenty of boiling water and a pinch of salt. Cook on a medium heat for 10-15 minutes until very soft.
  2. Drain and place the celeriac back in the pan. Using a hand blender blend until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add in the knob of butter, parmesan and Organised. Mix until well combined.
  4. To çook the steaks heat up a pan on a high heat,. Once hot add a knob of butter or beef tallow. When is bubbling away add in the steaks. Cook according to your preferred taste.
  5. We would recommend 1 1/2 minutes on each side for rare and 2 minutes for medium rare.
  6. Remove from the pan and let the steaks rest on a chopping board for 5-8 minutes.
  7. Serve with the celeriac mash, greens and gravy.

Nourishment, without the taste.

Cooking organs twice a week doesn’t fit every routine. Organised is an organ blend, grass-fed, freeze-dried, nothing else.
