I’ve been visiting and ordering of the farm for a couple months almost every week and I’m amazed by the quality, I’m getting pretty much everything there from milk to butter & my meat. I love all products, they’re excellent in quality and never disappointed me. The only thing that s REALLY annoying and that happend every single time was some issues with the vending machines, they always had some sort of fault, couple times where I lost money or it said that the product was sold out but the entire thing was still full. The prices are honestly great! I wish the vending issue will be resolved, if that wouldn’t be it would be excellent!
Raw milkshake is lovely but expensive plastic bottles. I do not recommend the food. Apparently I came on restock day but the carrots were mulch in the bag and the meat had the bbfe date changed.

Great place. Came in earlier today and picked up some raw milk, liver and raw honey plus some other things. The fella was very friendly, and the liver is absolutely the best I've tasted. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Hope Cottage Farm is a brilliant example of how local food should be done. They sell genuinely local produce, including beef from their own cows, alongside a small, carefully chosen selection of other local goods. The vending machine setup is actually really cool and makes supporting local farming easy and accessible. I’ve noticed some reviews mention the machines not always being fully stocked or occasionally being down, but that’s kind of the point — this isn’t a supermarket or a factory operation. This food is grown and produced by real local people, not shipped in endless quantities from miles away. Sometimes that means the shelves look a bit bare, and that’s not a flaw, it’s a sign of freshness and honesty. If you come here expecting massive choice and constant availability, you might miss what makes this place special. If you come expecting high-quality, super-local food made with care, you’ll leave very happy. We absolutely will be back and love supporting what they’re doing.
Thought I would try this place, it was a self service hut. I paid for milk only realising after that the milk container needs to be purchased from the vending machine opposite the milk dispenser. Sorted that out to find that the machine vending the milk had a fault! Used the second machine had to pay again and dispensed the raw milk. Tasted the milk when I got home and to be honest Grahams gold top jersey milk tastes better than this which is a shame, this tasted watery.
