Silverhand Estate

My friend and I had a wonderful experience visiting their cellar bar. Staff is lovely. We were welcomed and helped by a lovely Californian lady and a gentleman called Steve. Top touch to the venue. Can’t wait to go again x.

What a fantastic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the Silverhand Estate Vineyard & Winery Tour from start to finish. The beautiful setting, knowledgeable team, and excellent wines made for a truly memorable visit. The standout for us was the Bacchus, without doubt the best UK Bacchus we've tasted. Crisp, vibrant, and bursting with character. Afterwards a visit to the pop-up pizza for a nice lunch, accompanied with a bottle of their sparkling wine. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend a visit to anyone who appreciates great English wine.

What a fantastic afternoon at Silverhand Estate! My wife and her friend visited the Cellar Door yesterday for the five-wine tasting flight with the charcuterie and cheese board, and they honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Luke looked after them from start to finish, and he was absolutely brilliant. He was so welcoming, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each wine without ever making it feel formal or rushed. They could tell he's genuinely passionate about what he does, and he really made the whole experience. They ended up staying for around two and a half hours before wandering up to the pop-up pub for a couple more glasses of the Bacchus. My wife isnt normally a still white wine drinker, but she absolutely loved it! Luke also explained that Silverhand Estate's wines are naturally low in sulphites, which apparently can mean fewer after-effects the next day. After enjoying a fair amount of wine, I have to say she woke up the next morning feeling completely normal, so he might just be onto something! The wines were excellent, the charcuterie and cheese board was delicious, and they both really loved Silverhand Estate's ethos and approach to winemaking. It was, as they described it, one of those afternoons where you lose track of time because you're enjoying yourself so much. They'll definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Silverhand Estate to anyone looking for a fantastic English wine experience. Silverhand is our favourite English sparkling wine and often choose it over Champagne. We had a brilliant tour by Helen and welcomed by Louise. The entire experience was very personal and we had a chance to sample 5 of their wines and the tour was overall about 3 hours. The value for money was amazing and looking forward to see how this place develops. They also have a pop up pub about 100 yards up the road which makes great pizzas.

Fantastic cheese and wine evening for a treat for my mum's 63rd Birthday 🎂 Helen was absolutely gorgeous! A very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive lady all evening. Delicious cheese and superb wines! I absolutely recommend 100%. We have signed up for the social media events and can't wait to come back 🙌

My mum and I have had such a memorable experience here today. We had a tour and wine tasting voucher and had a wonderful day for it. We were provided with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival before walking to one of their orchards. Thaya, our guide and wine expert, was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We had the opportunity to taste 5 of their amazing wines and came away with a box, a glass and a fizz keeper. The area it's set in is stunning and we will definitely return. Thank you! Kerry & Sue.
