The vineyard shop sells the estate's white, rose, red and sparkling English wines alongside its ciders and pressed apple juices, and visitors can walk the vines on open, guided and self guided tours through the year.

The Ashmore cheeses are made from the unpasteurised milk of British Friesian cows, collected in the dairy's own tanker from nearby Debden Farm in Petham, and Kelly's Canterbury Goat is a hard goat's cheese made with local milk from Ellie's Dairy in Wychling. A growing range of soft cow's, goat's and sheep's cheeses sits alongside them. The cheeses are sold through the online shop, at The Goods Shed in Canterbury, and at open days held at the Dargate dairy.

Rare breed Welsh and Saddleback sows crossed with a Tamworth boar give slow grown, free ranging pork, and wild fallow and roe deer roaming the farm provide lean venison.
