Dan and Emma raise Longhorn cattle, Exmoor Horn sheep, Large Black pigs and chickens, pasture fed and given space to roam, and the farm is named after Westcott Quito, a home bred Longhorn heifer whose wonky horns made her the face of the company. Both farm and butchery are certified organic with Organic Farmers and Growers.

They only sell meat they have bred and raised themselves, from steaks and roasting joints to sausages and bacon, cut nose to tail by their own master butcher in a converted barn.
