Loved the milk from the vending machine. Fresh as you can smell the cows.

Absolutely disgusting experience. After the staff poured milk into my bottle, I noticed something in it and pointed it out. When they checked, it turned out to be a spider. Instead of immediately replacing the milk and apologising, they simply removed the spider and told me they do not replace milk. That response was shocking and completely unacceptable. This shows a serious lack of hygiene and customer care. I have never experienced such poor service before and will not be returning. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they take cleanliness and customer safety seriously.

I must have come on a bad day as the woman serving was rude to me after I was waiting a while to get served. My milk was bubbly and I didn’t realise it wasn’t filled up, so went to ask her for help to fill again and I wasn’t rude in my request. She Said I was told to “wait for her” when there’s other people filling up their own milk and every time I’d been before my partner does it himself. After asking for help she insisted on filling another customers 6 large glass bottles while I only required assistance for one minute. My first time coming alone with my toddler and I travelled far. It’s a shame after this that I’d rather not come back.

Brilliant little farm with animals, fresh milk, milkshakes and a farm shop, selling eggs, potatoes, honey etc. Would highly recommend the white chocolate and raspberry milkshake! Thanks for all your hardwork - we will be back very soon!

What a treat! Never knew about this place so close to were I live, you can get all in one building fresh pasteurised milk from a vending machine, one machine you can buy a 1 litre glass bottle, the other machine supply’s the milk, and you can even get milkshakes, they taste so good! Some amazing flavours, they change the flavours daily too, there is another machine for fresh coffee and a vending machine with fresh cakes, honey and eggs too.(All card only) At the building next to the vending machines you can get raw milk, ask one of the lovely workers on site, they bottles it for you for £1 a litre (cash only) At the side of the buildings are cows, sheep, donkeys to see there are maybe more but it started to rain so we left, I had a lovely time seeing the animals and both types of milk taste so creamy and delicious. Please note the car park is not huge and it is a working farm so please be respectful and clean up after yourself, I highly recommend a visit.

Nice place, not long ago started getting milk from here and absolutely loving it. Delicious milkshakes too. Kids can stoke the animals, definitely worth visiting.

UPDATE: Going there at least once in two weeks for 4 bottles of milk and two 30 pcs trays of eggs. The 30 eggs tray cost just under 10 pounds, however the eggs are looking, smelling and tasting much better than from the supermarket shops. They are also bigger. Still very happy to do the journey from Heath Hayes and I will recommend this farm to everyone who's interested to deliver high quality cow milk and few more products. Going there 2-3 times per month regularly. Bought 1L glass bottle from machine for £1, 50, plenty available. I prefer glass bottle over plastic which were also available. Then I have filled up the bottles with fresh milk in vending machine. Also milk shakes in 4 flavours were available. All payments I have paid contactless. There was also a coffee machine, but i didn't put much attention to this today 🤷‍♀️. Milk is really fresh and tasty, worth to come back again, in my opinion.
