Raw milk amazing I didn't realise how tasteless supermarket was. Milk very moreish to drink and lasts upto a week in fridge you won't be disappointed Also sell Bennetts ice cream absolutely delicious Fresh farm eggs cheese cream yogurts and more.

They seem milk pasteurized and raw and also the a selection of cheeses organic eggs organic ginger and a few other items good service and easy parking.

Perfect place to buy fresh whole milk, Honey and Free Range eggs. Peaceful place to see lot of cows.

Went there first time today. Raw milk, fresh eggs and much more at an reasonable price. Milk taste amazing. Great customer service. Will come again definitely.

I have visted the farm for over 3 months now and honestly I feel more intimidated and reserved more than anything, sure thing the milk is great and the other items, but the staff make this place so dull, in the 3 months that ive been coming the staff are always looking down, they never greet you and they kind of just boss you about. What's even worse is the customer service beyond the farm, by that i mean getting in touch. As theyre super busy they cant answer the phone and would prefer you to just leave a message, but the message doesnt get responded to and if your lucky enough you will probably get a really mundane response back which portrays the type of vibe they give off in store. Im not going to tell anyone how to run a buisness this review is solely just for the customers only i am aware the owner doesnt take well to negative reviews and tells people to not come back etc but we'll get onto that abit later. My point is that farms are dying buisness in the UK and we as residents of the local community should actively support our local farms, but if the farmers are not giving the customers the respect and time they need then how can they expect people to support their farms? And going back onto the negative reviews and they way the owner responds to them just clearly showcases the lack of empathy towards their customers. Yes Iam aware that people can be clueless sometimes but it doesnt give you the right to completely shut them off, saying that "you are not welcome here"... "I'm very glad to hear that you won't be coming to us again" and "You comments are disgracefull" is a complete indication of their lack of professionalism and empathy towards customers. I think the best way for the Horsepool farm shop staff to actually contact you is by leaving a bad review. To conclude, its honestly so disheartening seeing a dying product like raw milk be overshadowed by such discourteous individuals. It actually astonishes me in a way how you can be so obnoxious to your customers as they are quite literally the linchpin of their survival. My advice to future customers is to avoid the place as they wont help you with enquiries, they wont direct you with what you can and cant do and they kind of expect you to know it. If however you do choose to still come i would most certainly advise that you grab your items that you need and quickly go, dont expect a hello dont expect a smile and most certainly dont interrupt anyone by asking questions. This is quite clearly narcissism and I hope this review can help the staff realise what theyre doing is wrong and be more considerate towards their customers. Thanks, Jhon A,

Today me and my children went for the first time all the staff were very respectful and very kind to help with my needs and also the place has a very nice view and the milk is very delicious and the vanilla ice cream and the eggs had a very natural taste also along with the honey and butter. They also allow you to look at the cows as it gives a feeling of being in a farm. They also allow u to refill the bottle. Also I am not British but I was given a warm welcomed and treated the same as other British shoppers. I would definitely recommend this farm shop to my friends and others.

Lovely farm shop selling fresh produce. Milk can be bought in larger bottles (8 pints). Eggs are sold in trays of 30, they’re well worth the money! The milk, eggs and butter are amazing! The lady behind the counter was absolutely lovely and took the time out to talk to us. My family and I would defo visit again.
