The cattle are Pasture for Life accredited, reared on 100% pasture with no grain or soya, and the land is farmed without chemicals or artificial fertilisers, with minimal disturbance of the soil.
The beef is seasonal and sold one animal at a time, so an order can take a few weeks depending on where the carcass has got to, with fillet and steaks always going first. You order through the website and collect from the shop, which opens on Saturday mornings.

Amazing find. Lovely people, amazing bread and pastries. Always busy but queue goes quickly and the staff are so friendly. Love it here.
