How lucky to have such an excellent butcher nearby. I have been buying meat from George Honour for quite sometime now because I know I will get exactly what I want in the way of quality and choice. Wonderful beef for flavour and tenderness, for roasting and casseroles, and their best mince really is the BEST, great taste and texture for all our favourite mince recipes. Really good to be able to buy chicken supremes at a very reasonable price, I have never seen these in a supermarket. Their steaks are superior, and for a change at Christmas we had the most delicious duck breasts. There is so much to choose from, also lots of helpful information in Nathan’s blogs on the various cuts and the best methods for cooking them. Straightforward ordering online and prompt deliveries. If you visit the shop you will find the staff very friendly and helpful.

I always used to go to Lyne Farm Shop, but I stopped driving last year. Since then I have been having their meat delivered. Their meat is always ten out of ten, nicely packed ready to go straight into freezer. Delivery is always on time. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have been using G.J. Honours for 20 years; from my first visit I was made to feel welcome and valued. I no longer buy meat from anywhere else. The quality of the meat is excellent, daily cuts, meat for special occasions, or date night stakes they have you covered. They have help with advice on how to cook, and saved my neck when I wasn’t organized enough. They are welcoming, helpful and experts in their field.
I have shopped for all my meat with G.J. Honour's butchers since their shop opened in Kingfield. They can tell me where any meat, or goods that I purchase comes from and the quality is always good. The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the shop makes a visit worthwhile.
I love the meat from Honour Butchers in particular the beef joints. Burgers are great really tasty and lean. Great service and delivery packaging. I like to support small businesses where possible.
