Goodwood Home Farm

Great place to visit, a different variety of products which is nice. A little bit expensive but worth the money.

Very disappointing as a food/farm shop. Lots of red meat, pickles, jams etc, but nothing to make a meal. No fruit, vegetables or salad stuff. If you are a vegetarian, forget it. With the Goodwood name you would think it would be so much better! Needs to take a look at the Cowdray shop to see how it’s done!

We had a great time at the Open Farm Day. The event felt very professionally run, with wardens positioned throughout the site who were helpful, knowledgeable, and available to answer questions. Entry was straightforward, parking was well organised, and accessing the event with ticket information was quick and easy. One area that could be improved is the signage and directions on arrival. We missed the tractor information at the start and unintentionally walked past the area, meaning we missed out on that part of the experience & I didn’t know what was in the education trust centre to know if it was worth going in for as was on a time limit for my daughter’s nap timing! We also didn’t realise the sheep and pigs were located near the entrance, so we had to walk back later. The event map wasn’t particularly clear on these points, so better signage or guidance at entry would have been helpful. The free milk samples and cheese tasting were a lovely touch and have definitely encouraged me to consider purchasing those products in the future. We’d also be interested in returning to visit the farm shop. The dairy cow section was incredible, especially seeing the calves through to fully grown cows. It was a fantastic educational experience and a real highlight of the day. The pathways throughout the site were excellent and made it easy to get around, including navigating the cattle grids. Overall, it was a well-organised and enjoyable day out for all ages, with just a few improvements to site signage that would make the experience even better. Thank you goodwood home farm!

Lovely farm shop! Looking forward to trying our goods! Reasonably priced!

My god is the meat great. Made some amazing beef olive and steaks. The butcher is fantastic and all you need to do is ask him for the cuts you need. The produce is fresh though so you need to get early to the shop.

This place needs a rethink! Went there for the first time after moving to the area and expected a lot more from a large estate and all that Goodwood has to offer. Just a small selection of Been and Pork and no vegetables were on offer. A very small selection of smaller things to fill the basket but there would be absolutely no reason to go back. Shame!

This used to be my favourite bit of the Goodwood Estate and as a result a family member bought a gift card worth £75 for my 40th birthday, it expired after a year - I appreciate that I should have used this within the validity period, but this was NOT stated anywhere on the paper card it arrived in (see photos) only on the back of the plastic card. Goodwood refused to extend the validity and more concerningly didn't offer a reason why. I'd think that's morally questionable behavior and as a result we are no longer customers.
