The family harvests its own hay from fields free of chemical sprays, never uses antibiotics, hormones or chemical wormers, and gives the cows free choice organic minerals. For anyone avoiding certain milk proteins they offer certified A2A2 milk from Brown Swiss cows.

Milk is sold through a herd share scheme, the route by which raw milk can legally reach members. Each week your share arrives in wide mouth half gallon glass jars with the cream still on top, ready for skimming or butter making. Contact the farm to join.
