Orders are placed through the farm's online store for collection, and farm tours can be arranged if you would like to see the cows and how the place runs. The farm is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm and Saturday, 9am to 2pm, closed on Sunday.

They believe in farming honestly, morally and intentionally, and work with local landowners on soil health, grass seeding and prescription grazing.
On the farm they offer small batch raw, unpasteurised milk and raw cream from their family milk cow, Sweetheart, milked, handled and cooled at home and bottled in reusable glass jars on a deposit and exchange system. In accordance with Nebraska law the raw milk and cream are sold only from the farm, picked up on site, with fresh milk daily. The main business is beef, sold as individual cuts, in bulk, and dry aged, alongside fresh eggs.

The land is certified organic and Demeter certified biodynamic for seed growing, with 140 acres of irrigated crop ground over the Ogallala aquifer.
The farm's offer is open pollinated vegetable seed first, including heirloom varieties, from cabbage, onions, carrots and beets through lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, squash and wheat. Alongside the seed the farm produces bedding plants, a vegetable CSA, grass fed cows and Berkshire pigs, and runs classes in seed growing and vegetable fermentation, internships, a seed festival and an ancestral skills gathering. The herd began with a gift of three gilts and a bred sow from a grandfather in Illinois, building on generations of family pig keeping. USDA inspected pork cuts went on sale at local markets in the fall of 2024: sausage, bacon, ham, ribs, steaks and roasts, cured or uncured, plus half and whole hogs for the freezer. The farm also sells farm fresh eggs, hatching eggs, and seasonal fruit and vegetables such as tomatoes, onions, garlic and dill. - 8
Murman DairyRaw milk · GlenvilMurman Dairy is a fourth generation family dairy outside Glenvil, Nebraska. Wessel Murman immigrated from Germany in 1923 and started the operation in 1930 with six Milking Shorthorns, supplying the whole town of Glenvil with fresh milk and cream. His son Menno built the first Grade A milking parlor in Nebraska in 1962, and today the farm is run by Jim Murman with his daughter Nikki Rhoades, the fourth generation, and her husband Mike, milking primarily Holsteins with Jersey cows joining the herd.
The dairy sells raw milk for purchase at the farm, call or use the form to schedule a visit, with pickup between 4:30pm and 7pm and a free reusable glass half gallon bottle with a first milk purchase. Through the year there is bulk beef by custom cuts list, and the family is branching into rich homemade ice cream made on the farm. It remains a Grade A facility dedicated, in their words, to making a clean healthy product. - 9

The farm is deliberately tiny. The family keeps only as many animals as they can care for properly, milking a few cows and raising pigs on the milk they do not sell, alongside chickens and a big garden. We found Classen Land & Cattle at the Bellevue Farmers Market last year - and have purchased their products ever since! We love their products, especially Hattie's eggs! The Classen's have been very kind and helpful with placing our orders. Highly recommend!
