WiMo Farms

Its main focus is fresh, clean raw Jersey milk, supplied the Colorado way through a herd share: a 40 dollar buy in, then a monthly boarding fee per half share, with a half share equal to a half gallon a week. After a 2019 downsizing the family kept a deliberately small herd, and milk pickup is at the farm only, Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm.

The farm also raises grass fed and finished meats: pasture raised, grass finished lamb and mutton, Jersey beef that is dam raised, grass fed, pasture raised and always grass finished, and Kunekune pork fed on milk, vegetables, grass and fermented grain, sold by the cut or as halves and wholes with on farm butchering allowed for whole animals. The family describe testing their dairy herd for things you have probably never heard of and call it the healthiest herd in the west; farm visits run on occasional Saturdays by prearranged appointment.
