This is such a nice place! They do have some boarders. Julie's main business is breeding, training & selling top notch Arabian horses.
Plenty of horses to choose from.
Zwack Family Farm is a fifteen cow Jersey dairy in Elizabeth, Colorado, sharing raw milk with Front Range families through a weekly herdshare.
Zwack Family Farm is a family dairy southeast of Denver in Elizabeth, Colorado: fifteen Jersey cows, four children, and a weekly herdshare that brings fresh raw milk to families across the Front Range. Janie Zwack left nursing in 2020 to be home with her kids and started with exactly one cow. The herd grazes fresh unsprayed pasture on rotation whenever Colorado gives grass, moving to alfalfa and grass hay when it runs out, with an organic, corn free, soy free ration at milking. The family breeds without hormones, watching for natural heat cycles, and every cow gets a full three month dry period before calving.
Milk is bottled after the morning milking and in members' hands the same week, non homogenised with the cream on top, every jar from this one herd and no one else's. Careful handling and sanitation are treated as the whole job, and the milk is tested every month to confirm the practices are holding up.
