Perch & Pasture Co is a family owned, veteran operated farm at Waverly Hall, Georgia.
After 17 years in the Army, Daniel Stallings medically retired and the family started raising the nutrient dense food they could not find locally. Today they raise A2A2 Jersey cows for raw milk, dairy goats, beef cattle, pastured pigs, meat chickens, laying hens, holiday turkeys, ducks and quail, all rotated through fresh pasture, and bring their food to the community through an online shop and a Mobile Farm Market.
The farm practises adaptive multi paddock grazing, moving animals frequently to fresh ground, and calf shares with the dairy herd so calves stay with their mothers rather than being removed at birth. They never use routine antibiotics, synthetic dewormers or hormones, and no synthetic fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides go on the land. Beef is grass fed and pasture finished on diverse forage, pigs root and roam on pasture with non GMO grain, and all laying hens are hatched on the farm. Small batch gluten free baked goods, dried herbs and seasonal garden produce round out the range.

Stay away from all produce just bought a bag of carrots and the bag was full of orange slime, also stay away fro their meats their always brown and taste awful when cooked, their frozen foods are also mostly bad, about the only thing you can trust is their can goods, its gone way down hill ever since Mr Cooper sold it.
it amazes me as to how this store stays open, I walked down two isles and turned around and walked out because of their prices...there's a such thing as earning a living or taking a living, and this place is doing the latter at the expense of us locals.
Be cautious about buying anything on sale and look closely for altered expiration dates. Hubby brought home a gallon of milk yesterday and didn't notice the milk was crazy cheap... $1.99... and the expiration date had obviously been altered. When I poured it into my cereal this morning it came out in chunks. 🤢

The 2 Star review only reflects the Grocery store in general, all the staff are really nice and helpful but the rotting produce and the brown meat as well as the dried up blood in the cooler's is a bit concerning, my suggestion is if it's processed in store by no means would I recommend it, also I have bought certain meats there in the past and the outside be really pink and nice but completely brown in the middle just like packaged produce, pretty side up get home and yep it's rotten on the bottom.....
The hardware store is great. The people working it are always so helpful. Stay away from the grocery store. Prices are ridiculous but I get it - you pay for the convenience of not having to drive to town. BUT - the produce is sketchy and many items in the frozen section are out of date. Just got home and this was the case. Tossed it in the trash - no need in wasting another trip up there for the item. I’ve learned it’s best to only go there for last minute necessities. Better to drive over to Billy’s in Cataula or on to Columbus.
