Follow Me Land and Livestock is a regenerative family farm in Fort Mitchell, Alabama selling 100% grass fed beef and lamb, pasture raised chicken, eggs and rabbit through a private membership.

Sheep, goats and poultry are moved frequently onto fresh grass, which restores the soil and lets the animals behave naturally, and the sheep and goats eat a forage diet with no grain, antibiotics, wormers or vaccinations.
Laying hens follow the ruminants around the pasture, foraging with non GMO feed and kelp alongside, and pasture raised broilers are on offer too. Meat and eggs are sold through the farm's online store, with pickup arranged by appointment.

Nice variety of farm grazed, and farm grown products. I bought roasted garlic and onion seasoned olive oil, and some eggs. Will definitely be coming back. Lauren was amazing and quite knowledgeable.
I busted the most aggressive U-turn of my life when i saw their sign on the side of the road!!!! Fresh farm raised pork, beef, and lamb, with house made dog treats and RAW cows milk. My first visit to this place was so so nice, they broke everything down for me, explained the breeds of cattle, lamb, and pig meat that they sell, where their butcher is, when they get re-stocks, everything. It was a very informative and positive experience, i live all the way up in North Rome Georgia and I’ll definitely be back!
