Lamb's Rest Farm is a small family farm in the mountains of Idaho, run by Silas and Kathryn with their children on 50 acres near Kamiah.
The couple moved to bare land, built their own cabin by hand, and have grown the farm piece by piece since. Today they milk their own goats and sell raw goat milk dairy alongside goat milk tallow soap, goat milk caramels and whipped tallow balms, with piglets and other animals for sale in season.
The farm uses no herbicides or pesticides, and no GMOs, antibiotics or vaccines, and describes its approach as regenerative agriculture producing food that nourishes the body while restoring the land. They began selling goat's milk in 2022 and now sell at the farmers market as well as from the farm. They also breed working English Shepherd dogs, with a new litter announced for October 2026.
