Pondicherry Farms is a family run homestead in the Idaho Panhandle at Naples, Idaho, run by Jim and Caroline Huntley.
At its heart is a herd of Guernsey goats, kept on an off grid holding the couple manage with local wildlife in mind, and the goats' milk goes into chevre and a range of handmade goat milk soaps.
Goat milk and chevre are sold locally only, while the soaps, from single bars to bundles with names like Walk in the Woods and Lavender Rose Garden, can be ordered online along with hats, shirts and totes. There is a weekly CSA as well, and Guernsey goats are sometimes offered for sale. Get in touch by email to arrange a local purchase.
