I can't say enough to truly honor the Hymas Family Farm! We really appreciate their integrity and dedication to high quality, natural food as it is meant to be without vaccines, antibiotics or hormones. I never liked ham or pork chops until I tried theirs (now I love it) and I believe I never knew what yoghurt should taste like until I had the Hymas yogurt. If you care quality food and ethical practices you must try Hymas products! Thank you Hymas Family for all of your hard work to share REAL food with our community!
the whole family is wonderful & their food is held to The Highest standards! and so delicious! can't recommend them enough.
The Hymas family really cares about doing food right. They are passionate with what they produce and are a great asset to the community! Thank you for your hard work!
I can’t say enough good things about this farm! They’re doing everything right—no mRNA vaccines, no antibiotics, no growth hormones, and their livestock is organically fed and rotationally grazed. The quality of their products is outstanding, making Hymas Family Farm a one-stop shop for sustainable living. Their on-farm store is super convenient, and you can also order through their website. If you’re looking for high-quality, ethically raised food and an unforgettable farm experience, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!
We've gotten feed from them a number of times, both small, and bulk orders, and they have been so helpful. They have great prices, and we've always had great results with the feed. Their milk is also a great product, and we enjoy it every time we get it!
As former organic beef and lamb ranchers who processed and dry aged our own meat, we are very particular about our food (taste, quality, growing standards, etc.) the Hymas farm 100% met these standards and surpassed them. Literally some of the best beef we’ve enjoyed.
Greg and his family are doing great work - providing nutrient dense, organically grow food to the greater North Idaho community. I can’t say enough how thrilled I was to find this resource. Greg is very responsive and informative regarding all orders. We’ve enjoyed our pork so much, we’re looking forward to the whole beef order that will be harvested this spring. You will not regret ordering from Hymas Family Farm!

Hymas Family Farm is a regenerative family farm at Bonners Ferry in the far north of Idaho, run by Greg and Rachelle Hymas and their eleven children. They raise 100% grass fed beef and lamb, heritage pastured pork, pastured chicken and turkey, eggs from mobile pasture coops and a raw dairy herd. The beef cattle are never fed grain, the milk cows are supplemented only with organic crushed peas and occasionally sprouted barley, and all feed is certified organic. When sickness occurs the family reaches for natural treatments first, vets are for emergencies, and no vaccines are given beyond the single one Idaho law requires for dairy and breeding cows.
The self serve farm store at 307 Heideman Rd is open Monday to Saturday, 7am to 6pm, selling raw milk, meat, sourdough bakery, organic dry goods and certified organic feed.
