My T Bones butchered by Oxboe.

Long story short, we bought 1/2 a pig from the Oxbow folks and it turned out not to be what we thought we were getting. Too lean and frankly tough. We ate a few more pieces and then kind of want into denial about it and so it sat in the freezer. Finally I went back (a few months later) told them we were sad about the meat and asked them to try some chops that we had gotten so they could see for themselves. Stacie did so and immediately agreed that this wasn’t the quality they were used to. Turns out it was from a farmer they had never used before and it wasn’t what we ordered. Without another word, they replaced 90% of the meat with gorgeous Mangalitza pork! They went WAY beyond what most stores would do and I can’t believe how great the pork is. Super yummy and great quality all around. I was blown away by the customer service and the quality of product. I would recommend these folks and their store to EVERYBODY! Super sweet people and super quality product. If it’s not right they make it that way. Thanks Oxbow!

Amazing. Everything is high quality, local, and delicious. Wonderful place to grab dinner while supporting the local community. Love picking up Sunny Pastures milk when I'm in town. Loyalty program is incredibly generous.

5/5 - we purchased 1/2 a cow from Byers Best Beef and Oxbow did a fantastic job all around, from trimming the fat off all of our cuts to the air tight packing. Staff here is very friendly and helpful answering all of the questions I had. Places like this make supporting local farms that much easier. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Excellent family run business! We got all the essentials for the 4th of July....two years in a row!!🇺🇸🎆🗽🥩♨️. Rib eyes, tenderloin filet, tomahawks!!! I couldn't be more impressed! Their meat selection is truly fantastic – a great variety of high-quality cuts that you just don't find everywhere. What really sets them apart, though, is their expertise in cutting and processing. While I'm not familiar with every step of the butchering process, it's clear they are masters of their craft. The cuts I received were exactly what I wanted, perfectly trimmed, and packaged with care. You can really tell the difference when meat is handled with such precision and attention to detail. The quality of the meat itself is outstanding, and I'm confident it's largely due to their excellent processing. This was our first time using Oxbow for a beef processing. We are so happy with everything. The online cut sheet process was simple to fill out. There are tons of specials cuts that I never was offered at our last processor. The packaging is perfect. It was simple to put away in our freezers. From start to finish, this process was perfect. If you don’t have a beef for them to process, stop in and check out all of the awesome meats and sausages they have in their coolers. Let’s support this awesome family!

I had four steers processed at Oxbow and the experience was great. The communication with the Oxbow team was fantastic. The cut sheets and processing was straight forward and they did a great job with the cuts of meat, packaging, and pickup! I'd highly recommend Oxbow meats for processing your beef. PS I'd grab some brats while there too!
