We just used our pellet grill to cook the steak we bought from y’all, and oh my gosh was it juicy, tender, and full of amazing flavor. I haven’t had a good steak in FOREVER. I’m so happy I live near and can stock up on beef whenever I want. Don’t get me started on how good the ground beef is either. Amazing flavor as well. We cooked it at 350° on the pellet grill for like maybe 15 minutes, after soaking in a little beer and vinegar, with slight seasoning. Didn’t even need any sauce to dip it in. Truly. 🥩 🤤
