Cuts are sold individually by the pound at the farmers market and straight from the farm, though at the time of writing the farm notes it is only selling beef burger and organ meats.

For the freezer there are bulk orders, a quarter, half or whole beef and a half or whole lamb, priced on hanging weight and cut by a local USDA inspected processor, with the processing fee paid by the customer. Contact the farm for current farmers market locations.
