Troyer Farm is an Amish family dairy in Snover, Michigan, owned by Ray and Malinda Troyer and their eleven children.
The family has been organic dairy farmers since 2006 and now follows organic practice. The dairy herd is entirely Dutch Belted, kept 100 percent grass fed, and the farm's bull is A2/A2 certified. The Troyers milk the cows and bottle the milk for members of a private herd share, the legal route to raw milk in Michigan.
The farm is not open to the public. Herd share contracts, payment and the weekly Wednesday delivery run to eleven stops across the Detroit area, from Imlay City to Goodrich, are handled by Jenny Samuelson of rawmilkdrinker.com, who has delivered raw milk for over 18 years and is clear that she is not the farmer. A share costs 90 dollars for the remainder of 2026 and a gallon of milk is 14 dollars, with new members taken from April 2026 as space allows.
